The Trump Organization is building a new Trump Tower in Saudi Arabia—adding another development project to its portfolio in the Middle East just weeks before President-elect Donald Trump takes office in January.

“Incredibly proud to officially launch a project that has been underway for many months, Trump Tower - Jeddah,” the president-elect’s son, Eric Trump, said in a post on social media on Wednesday.

The Trump scion said the building was being built with Dar Global, the Dubai-based real estate firm founded to develop international properties for the Saudi real estate giant Dar Al Arkan.

“This will be our 5th project together and among the most luxurious buildings anywhere in the world!” the future first son exclaimed.

The new high rise in Jeddah will host 1-4 bedroom apartments and penthouses on 47 floors, according to DarGlobal’s preview for the building. The project is expected to finish by December 2029, according to the firm.

With the new project on the horizon, the extended Trump family’s ties with Saudi Arabia appear to be deepening. The announcement comes only two days after Eric, the executive vice president of his eponymous company, announced another deal with DarGlobal to lease the Trump brand name to two more projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia’s capital, the Associated Press reported.

The Trump Organization has already faced scrutiny for hosting the Saudi Public Investment Fund-owned LIV Golf tournaments at the Trump Doral in Miami, and a House committee once probed a $2.5 investment from the Saudi sovereign wealth fund into Jared Kushner’s private equity firm after Trump left the White House.
